Mich beschäftigt der Übergang von “3 star” nach “5 star” Linked Open Data, gemäß https://www.w3.org/DesignIssues/LinkedData.html#fivestar:
Gegeben: eine nicht normalisierte CSV-Tabelle
Gesucht: eine Expression als linked data rdf
Die Thematik wird seit langem allgemein auch unter dem Schlagwort “tabular data on the Web” diskutiert.

Anliegen von JB in Dagstuhl 23263: Das praktische Problem besser verstehen … erste Antwort: Das Problem ist technisch (4 Sterne) gelöst, sobald wir zu der Tabelle ein Schema finden, und semantisch (5 Sterne) gelöst, wenn das Schema auch noch semantisch ist.
